The Casita may be my favorite home.
1 bedroom, 1 bath...a perfect hide away. You wake, stretch and look out your windows at the spectacular views of water and nature. After a leisurely morning, you just have to try the outdoor shower with enough room for two. From The Casita, you may see a pod of dolphins playing near the dock.
As the day continues, you may choose to boat over to St. Catherine's or Ossobaw Island and relax on the beach with a picnic lunch. By mid-afternoon, you head back to The Casita and the spacious outdoor kitchen now comes into play. You fire up the grill and prepare an evening meal (that somehow tastes better than any meal you've ever prepared), or you may choose to have your meal prepared for you! Your Hostess offers menu options, information upon booking. And of course, there is always the option of dining out at a local seafood restaurant.
This beautiful hideaway is close to I-95 but FAR from everything. Don't worry about leaving your pet. Pets are welcome!! Bring Your boat, dock it, then use our fish cleaning station to clean your daily catch! Local fishing and Beaching charters are also available.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful 3 getaway. The Casita and property offer peace and tranquility. We came to the area to relax and explore the surrounding towns. The outdoor kitchen and seating are wonderful, set up for anything you may want and the view is bar none. We did experience torrential rain the second and third night and throughout our departure which limited our use of the wonderful outdoor space. Cookie was a pleasure to work with, very kind and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at the Casita if you don't mind being off the beaten path!
