My home is directly on Turkey quarter Creek which leads directly to the Neuse River. It is Located on a private road that only homeowners use which makes the property very quiet and somewhat secluded. It is a fantastic place to download, unload, and unplug. The evenings and nights are almost silent with only sounds of crickets and owls. It is also set up for having an extreme amount of fun. You can boat, JetSki, or fish right from the shore. I have two zip lines that go across the water and to rope swings as well. The house itself is a one bedroom one bath. There is a large couch and a futon. There is a very large wraparound porch to enjoy a morning coffee and to sip on wine in the evening. The house is kept extremely clean and tidy. This is a self clean property so it must be returned in the condition that you found it.Detailed instructions Will be emailed or available upon checking. This is a self clean property. The property needs to be returned as you should have found it. Which includes laundry ,dishes, wiping down the bathroom and shower, sweeping or vacuuming the floors, and returning the home to its original condition. I charge a $35 cleaning fee and that is simply to cover the cleaning company to inspect the home after your visit. If they find it unsatisfactory it's an additional $100 for them to clean it. This is not a hotel room, this is my home and I simply love enjoying other people have as much fun and relax station as I do when I am there!! I expect all guests to treat it as if it were their own home. There is a tandem kayak available to all renters free of charge. There is a small fishing boat at a rate of $85per day including fuel and a JetSki at a rate of $100 per hour including fuel and based on the actual amount of time driven with a minimum of one hour. Each additional hour is prorated. I am available almost 24 seven via phone or text for any questions, concerns, or needs. My home is relatively remote, located on a private unpaved road, AND directly on the water. It is extremely quiet and private. Has 2 zip lines and two rope swings as well as a boat ramp and 2 docks. You can hunt, fish, boat, jet ski or just enjoy the water and peaceful view. This is not a hotel room. Please care for it as you would your own home. The use of the porches, rope swings and zip line is at your own risk. The back deck does not have a railing for unobstructed views of the river. I do have an RV on site that is occasionally rented. I primarily use it for my own use to stay when the house is actually rented. On occasion they are both rented at the same time bit not very often.
