Perch and Pine Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story home with a FIRE PIT nestled in mature trees on a 1.5 acre lot sitting atop a knoll in a private location. Take a leisurely walk to the community lake with beach, hiking trails, river access, picnic tables, and more.
When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the pride of ownership as the home still looks new. The main floor plan is open and inviting, connecting living spaces together creating the ideal place to gather your entire group. The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and leather side chairs. Enjoy the WOOD BRUNING FIREPLACE and the large flat screen TV.
The kitchen and dining areas are just steps from the living room. It features all the conveniences of home including side by side refrigerator freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, toaster oven and a DRIP COFFEE MAKER. There is plenty of counter space and ample dishes, utensils, and pats and pans for meals on the go. The kitchen island with stools is perfect for morning coffee, chatting with the cook, or overflow dining. A four-person formal dining table is ready for vacation meals or planning the day's activities. There is also a half bathroom on the main level off the living room.
The main floor Master Suite with private bathroom features KING SIZE BED, nightstands with reading lights, ceiling fan, and closet. The private full master bathroom is equipped with a shower. Our Guests love the washer and dryer on the main floor, just steps from the Master Bedroom.
