We’re located in Sautee Nacoochee, just 5 miles from downtown Helen, where you can stroll through the Bavarian village, enjoy shopping, or stop by one of the many unique local eateries.

From the moment you step onto the property, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. 3. No Parties or Events:
Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will result in an assessed fee.
4. No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If smoking occurs or traces of smoking are found, a $300 fee will be charged.
5. Noise Ordinance:
Please observe the county noise ordinance, which takes effect after 10 PM.
6. Child Safety:
Children should not be left unattended on the deck, near the fire pit, on the stairs, or the patio. Please keep a close eye on them for their safety.
7. Late Checkout:
Unauthorized late checkouts will result in an additional charge of $150.
8. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $300 is required.
9. Rental Agreement:
All guests must sign our rental agreement prior to their stay.
