This Private cottage is nestled just outside of the Town of Hot Springs, NC.
It can sleep up to 4-5 people, it offers 1 bedroom with queen bed, full size sofa sleeper in living room and a roll away bed if needed.
It also features full kitchen, dining room, washer, dryer, 1 full bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart-TV’s, firepit and covered deck with beautiful mountain view.
Pets are welcomed, dog food and water dishes are provided. Please no pets on the furniture.
The deck and main section of the cottage is upper-level, so please watch small children and don't leave them alone.
There is a ramp for those who have a hard time with stairs, it's not wide enough for wheelchair.
There is no smoking inside. There will be a $300.00 cleaning fee if smoking inside has been determined.
The washer and dryer is located in the basement area. Laundry baskets are available for use.
The road leading to the cottage is gravel and steep near the top, so in the winter may need 4-wheel drive. Road is maintained and fresh gravel is applied as needed, so it may be heavy at times.
