LATE CHECKOUTS
must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PARKING ENFORCEMENT
You are welcome to park in any available parking spot not labeled "handicap" or "future resident" parking.
LEASE VIOLATIONS
If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, excess trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
KEYS
You will have access via a keyless lock.
TRASH
Trash can be placed outside your door for removal Sunday-Thursday evenings between 6PM-8PM.
Pickup will remove up to 2 bags and 2 broken down boxes (no more) from your door.
Any bags left outside must be left in the respective trash cans.
PARTIES
There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, damage the unit, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported during your initial booking, you are violating these set rules, and will be fined $200.
FURNISHINGS
Please do not rearrange the furniture unless for sleeping purposes.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on the courteous guests who keep the space respectable and tidy. To accommodate the busy schedule of our housekeepers, we ask our guests to leave CLEAN towels in the dryer as they move on. If housekeeping discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $75.
This apartment complex requires guests to complete a screening in order to stay at this property. Your credit will NOT be inquired upon.
