Relax in the hammock area, let the kids loose on the climbing dome, or simply listen to the sounds of the woods after dark.
Because we border a natural wetlands forest, you’re in genuine coastal nature. The property is alive with wildlife: expect to see many species of birds in the canopy, squirrels, lizards, and frogs going about their day. You may occasionally spot a water bug — a completely harmless, native insect common throughout coastal NC’s wetland ecosystems. We use eco-friendly pest management and a Dynatrap flying insect system to keep things comfortable. Most guests never encounter one.
