It is in a great neighborhood and well taken care of. The house is pet friendly. There is a pet door allowing access to a fenced yard if you chose to open it. The beds are new and comfortable. The house is well stocked.
The house was built in 1959 but has had the kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeled. Windows, doors, HVAC, roof, electrical fixtures and floors have all been updated. There is are comfort features like a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer there for your use. Starter supplies are provided . There is a nice open deck in the back with a grill and deck table.
