The bedrooms with kind beds all have 55 inch Roku Tvs installed. The living room has a 65 in Roku TV installed. The bedroom with the full beds has a projector. All TVs and projectors can be connected to streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube, etc. They are set to guest mode and can be connected with your credentials
BATHROOMS
The home features 3 full bathrooms
Each bathroom is equipped with cabinet space, bath essentials(shampoo, conditioner and bodywash) and hair dryer
LIVING ROOMS
The home comes with 2 living areas, both tastefully decorated and created with families in mind. They are perfect gathering spaces for you and your loved ones.
Relax and watch a show or movie on the 65 inch TV, or enjoy board games with your family in the entertainment space. There is also a selection of books for you to choose from.
KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake and dine. There is an assortment of pots and pans, baking dishes and toaster for your use. Basic spices have been provided for your convenience.
There are enough dishes for 12 in the cabinets.
Important Note: As this is a pool house, we prioritize safety and do not provide glass drinkware. Instead, we offer special acrylic glasses for water and wine. Due to regular dishwasher use, these glasses may occasionally have a cloudy haze. Please rest assured that they are thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning team for each guest’s arrival.
DINING ROOM
We have a large dining table which can accommodate 8 individuals. There is a high chair in the dining room as well.
HOME GYM
Aas yoga mat and free weights for your to stay active during your stay. These are located in the closet in the master bedroom. Please use the work out equipment at your own risk.
KID FRIENDLY AMENITIES
Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered. The home includes thoughtful amenities such as children’s dinnerware, a high chair, a pack-and-play, and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep little ones entertained. With a large layout, multiple gathering spaces, and all the comforts of home, it’s easy to relax and focus on what matters most—making memories together.
There is a pack n play in the closet in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a high chair and kid friendly dishes for your use. The entertainment room has books and games for kids to enjoy. the play structure in the backyard is perfect for kids ages 3 to 10.
PET FRIENDLY AMENITIES
We allow dogs at our home for an additional fee of $150 per stay. This helps cover for the additional cleaning. Please find a comfortable pet bed and dishes for your use during the stay. These are located in the entryway closet.
POOL AND HOT TUB
The pool and hot tub are some of the highlights of the home.
The pool is fenced for your safety and is 7 ft deep at its deepest point. The pool is available for use from mid- April to the end of October, weather permitting. Please make a note of the pool safety rules posted in and around the pool area. Please use the pool at your own risk. Children are not be allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. The pool and hot tub area are gated.
There are pool noodles and float toys available for your use during the stay.
The hot tub is always switched on for your use. The hot tub can accommodate 6 people. Please do not make changes to the hot tub temperature. Please limit use of the hot tub to 30 minutes at a time. Please use the hot tub at your own discretion. Children are not allowed in the hot tub without supervision. Children under 5 years of age should not use the hot tub due to concerns about over heating. If pregnant, please consult with a physician vefore use.
The pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company - they come by on Tuesdays during business hours. The service appointment typically lasts for 30 minutes and depending on their work, you may not be able to use the pool or hot tub for 2-3 hours. The cleaning ensures that the pool and hot tub are safe and clean for your use. We will provide you a heads up if the service company will be coming by during your stay.
if there is a spill in the pool or hot tub during your stay that needs a clean, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for the pool maintenance company to perform a supplemental clean. Please note that an additional cleaning charge of $150 will apply for this service and will be charged to you through the booking app.
Please note that since it is an outdoor pool, there is occasionally organic debris like leaves and petals in the water. Please feel free to use the pool cleaning net to remove such debris if you feel necessary. The pool service company does not come for additional cleaning to remove natural debris.
TV
There are 4 Smart TVs in the home. The TVs are set up in the guest mode and you will need to use your username and login to access the streaming services.
LAUNDRY
The laundry area is next to the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. We also provide complimentary dishwasher pods. There is an ironing board and iron available for your use in the laundry room.
CLEANING
We have a local company service our home prior to your stay. If something is not up to the mark, please bring it to our attention by text or through the booking platform within 6 hours of arriving. This allows up to address the issue and bring it up to our standard. Our crews thrive on positive feedback. Please send us any compliments or add them to your review.
PEST CONTROL
The home receives regular pest control to keep the yard and home as pest free as possible. Please understand the possibility of seeing them in and around the home as they tend to creep in on all sorts of things. If you spot something, please let us know immediately so we can determine if an emergency call to the pest control is needed. Please help us by keeping the doors and windows closed whenever possible to the prevent them from sneaking in.
AIRPORT
Given the proximity to the airport, you may hear and see airplanes as they land and take off. All rooms are equipped with white noise machines and black out curtains to help keep the noise and lights out.
