The Ruff Seas was originally built as a fisherman’s cottage after hurricane Hazel. The house is on the woodland side of the island and a quick 7 minute walk to beach. This lot has an extra relaxed feel, as a neighboring lot is undeveloped. The cottage sits back from the street. Behind a picket fence is the porch and it is truly wonderful with floor to ceiling screening and unobstructed views of the flora and fauna.
coming in off the porch you enter a very comfortable and open living area that flows into a huge dining table and kitchen beyond.
There are so many extras..... A Carport to bring the groceries in when it rains or to put new wax on your surfboard. Outdoor shower to rinse off you and the seashells. Gas grill to prepare that fresh caught flounder.
