Beautiful 2800 sq ft Georgian-style home in the historic Summerville area of Augusta GA. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, a five-minute drive to downtown, the Savannah River Riverwalk, or Augusta National. This is our home not a rental. No rental furniture with only 6 sets of. All the towels, dishes, spices etc. you have in your home. Actually probably more..lol

Features 3 bedrooms all with private baths. So yes three master bedrooms. Hardwood floors in all bedrooms, the dining room, breakfast area, and the living room. The large living room and family room make for very comfortable gathering areas. There is a 50" TV in the family room to catch a show or movie. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including a commercial-grade gas stove.
The formal dining room sits 6 and can accommodate 8.
The private Savannah-style backyard features potted tropical plants, a covered sitting area for 6, and additional seating for 5 more. A Genesis gas grill makes outdoor cooking simple so you can eat inside or out.
