This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Guests may access all areas of the home (except locked owner`s closet) and backyard. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We`re available during your stay for any of your needs.
