Located 30 miles southwest of Asheville, in scenic Cruso, NC, the cottage is nestled between Cold Mountain and Mt. Pisgah. The cities of Asheville and Waynesville, the Springdale Country Club with golf, Blue Ridge Parkway, Brevard, and National Forests are at your doorstep. This cottage is located minutes from trout fishing and the best hiking trails that WNC has to offer.
The home has 2 bedrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower and one bedroom has a private half-bath.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET available. Our cottage is comfortable, rustic and quaint. The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies and some paper products. We have ceiling fans in the living room, deck, and kitchen. There is AC and heat. Linens are provided. The closest convenience store is about 10 minutes away. Waynesville grocery stores 20 min.

This home is located on Reed Creek in the community of Cruso, North Carolina. It is located 40 minutes from Asheville, 20 minutes from Waynesville, and 15 minutes down from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Access:
Easy. 4-wheel drive not required unless you plan to explore further up the mountain. Flat state roads lead you to the property.
Property:
The home is located on 2 flat, partially wooded acres which allows for privacy and outdoor activities in the sunny yard. We also have a variety of fruit trees and berry bushes on the property. One side of the property is bordered by a rushing creek, perfect for cooling off.
