Conveniently located 22 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and 18 minutes from Lenoir City and Maryville (20). Also near Pellissippi State Community College and local favorites, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Guest Access
Guests are warmly welcome to enjoy the entire home, including the front and back decks, fire pit, and the beautiful open outdoor spaces surrounding the house. You’re also welcome to explore and walk up to the higher areas of the property to enjoy the peaceful views and nature (the property is about 12 acres).
Please note that the area across the road, including the family camper space and the private section beyond it, is reserved for family use and is not accessible to guests.
Parking is available near the home, as long as vehicles do not block the internal driveway.
