Jim & Diana welcome you to our spacious 1500 sf family home, tastefully decorated, sleeps up to 6. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants, UNC Wilmington and the vibrant Downtown riverside area. A short 7 mile drive to Wrightsville Beach; easy access to roads to Brunswick County beaches, Topsail Island and more!
Work away from home if you must with Wi-Fi and USB charging in two work areas (one private). Relax in the sunny dining area or on the adjacent 16x12 deck with patio table and big umbrella shade overlooking the private backyard- see how many bird species you can spot! Large Living Room has multiple recliners and a big wall-mount TV and opens to the deck. A game table with a section of favorites and a second work/play desk are also in the living room. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving necessities and includes wall-mounted wine glasses! There's a breakfast bar plus seating for 6+ in the dining area - and wired USB plugs for charging phones, iPads, or games. Just off the deck is a full size Weber Genesis gas grill. A large cantilevered umbrella will keep you in the shade!
The master bedroom suite includes a king-size sleigh bed, lamps with USB ports, big wall mounted TV, reading area, and attached bathroom with 2 vanities, soaking tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen Japanese-style platform bed with memory foam topper, dresser, lamps with USB ports and a convenient swivel wall-mounted 32" TV.
In the front bedroom there is a twin bed plus a twin trundle bed, and a work desk with USB ports, extra outlets, ethernet access to the router, and a 32" TV that can also serve as a big monitor.
There are large-capacity washer and dryer in the mud room.
No smoking or vaping in the house or front. Smoking/vaping allowed in the back yard off the deck; a receptacle is provided. Please do not drop cigarette butts.
Our place also includes a 220V power available in the driveway to charge EVs, but please bring your charging cord.
