A great location good for walking. Close to DPAC/Bulls Stadium, downtown, Duke. Plenty of parking for several cars. Key less door entry system smart door lock code, security system & fast WiFi internet.
The duplex style house has been renovated and is modern amenities, cozy and beautiful. It has full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, stove, coffeemaker, sink etc.. and there is a washer/dryer, wireless internet access, Netflix. There are steps to climb to get to the house. No smoking inside the house.
There is 1 bathroom that has a toilet and a claw foot bath tub that has a shower, vanity and a sink.
The hallway has an office work station area for work.
Durham is a great place to walk, jog or cycle around town and some of the great parks, is also awesome foodie town and I've tried most of the restaurants. I have a guide book in the house compiled for you with my recommendations and other general advice about where to go whether it be for night life, dancing, dinner, coffee or a 5 star dining experience and House Rules.
There is central heat/air, large back yard, large front porch, free parking on the sides of the house or street parking in front of the house - plenty of space to park several cars.
Guest have access to the entire house. You'll have access to the entire house, including kitchen, living room, porch, yard, bedrooms, and bathroom.
