This bright and light-filled bungalow features an open floor plan and lay-out with sliding doors and sky-lights letting in plenty of natural light. The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances leads to a dining area for eight people, with sliders to the back yard. Next to the dining area is the living room with an additional table and chairs overlooking the yard. Adjacent to the living room is an office area with a spacious desk and a day bed to rest. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a full and a twin. The house has two bedrooms, one with a tub/shower combination, the other one with a shower. The home is spacious, clean and uncluttered.

The property is less than a mile to a bay beach, and in close proximity to ocean beaches, Hampton Bays center, and Southampton Village. The property borders rail road tracks, so you will hear the train a few times during the day and night. The house is situated off a dirt road, which can be bumpy and muddy in rainy weather.

Summary: This property was so bright and airy and cosy! Loved all the exposures that made it feel so bright and light, yet private with all the trees and lush greenery surrounding the house!
