100+ mile VIEWS!!! Ruby’s Cliffside is an amazing Studio (but with bed sleeping for 6 on different levels), 2 Bath vacation home located at the top of Bluff Mountain. The views from this magnificent property are unlike any view in the entire area! Bring your binoculars to see Downtown Knoxville on a clear day from either of the home’s 2 decks.
Ruby’s Cliffside offers peace and serenity from the chaos of everyday life. The amenities of this home are just as unique as it’s architectural design! Upon entering, you have a sitting area with a sauna, washer and dryer, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. Wander out onto the deck where you will find the outdoor hot tub with the breathtaking views as your backdrop!
The 2nd floor is an open floor plan with a Tempur-Pedic king size bed, full bathroom, sitting area with a new sofa and loveseat. If you have additional guests, you will find a queen sized bed and a daybed. Don’t forget this floor also has an open air deck as well!
Up the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor, you will find an arcade game and an enclosed observation area.
Ruby’s Cliffside provides free Wi-Fi, gas grill, and electric fireplace. Want to bring your fur baby along with you? Go ahead, as Ruby’s Cliffside can alllow them with a nominal fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. However, you are welcome to smoke responsibly outdoors.

Where you’ll be
Gorgeous cliffside home with 1 neighbor but feels like complete privacy and solitude.
Getting to the home requires some patience and being careful going around a couple very sharp switchbacks in the road. It is not super steep, as the road is long and it climbs gradually to arrive at the amazing peak of Ruby's Cliffside. However, we do want to mention that to get views this long-range, you will inevitably have to climb, but this cabin does NOT have the SUPER STEEP roads like some others to arrive. It's a long, gradual climb with a couple sharp switchback hairpin turns :)
The Space:
The space for guests is 3 levels:
1st level: Full bathroom, Washer Dryer, 1 couch + Sauna, Full Kitchen + Dining table, Deck with Hottub, Grill and Picnic Table.
2nd level: the "main" level with 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Twin daybed , Full Bathroom, Deck with Bistro Table + 4 chairs, 2 leather couches with TV (Satellite TV+internet) and DVD player.
3rd level: "Crows nest" small space with a TV, seating bench with 2 chairs, and Video game.
It feels cozy and clean, and is perfect for couples or small groups of friends who don't mind sleeping in the same "room". Note: in the closet there is an accordion "divider" if you want to create a little privacy barrier between the King bed and the rest of the room.
Ultra Long Range Views from all around and inside the property. The home is decorated in a "classic" manner, that is reminiscent of a boutique, old-school hotel room meets a Cape Cod cottage... in the mountains! Plenty of charm and cozy inside this home, for a relaxing, memorable vacation!
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire home, EXCEPT the 4th level "Observation Deck" which is off limits for insurance reasons.

We have a satellite internet, and its not really for streaming or any heavy use of internet.

As with any property in the Smoky Mountains, there could be a bear sighting at the property.
The cabin is so peaceful. So just a heads up that no delivery service are available in the area. Please buy your supplies and foods in advance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOP FLOOR IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. This is the "4th level" which is not pictured here, and has an access from the "crows nest" (3rd level). That upper level "viewing deck" is NOT accessible for guests. We are sorry but its for safety and our insurance company doesn't let us!
