Two bedroom condo with two full baths located in the amenities rich community of The Villages of Five Points. Short walk to restaurants, supermarket, two swimming pools, 8 tennis/pickle ball courts, bakery, hair salon and coffee shop. Third top floor unit!
There’s a paved two mile path around the community for a short stroll anytime of day. The Georgetown/Lewes bike/walking trail is adjacent to the building and a perfect way to enjoy the local areas. A short ride gets you to downtown Lewes or Cape Henlopen state park. Both are a few miles away and have much to offer. From a lazy day at the beach with waves or take to the bay side for those with younger children, if you prefer. The Cape offers several hiking/biking trails and has an area for ATV/ four wheel drive cars to drive directly onto the beach. Passes can be bought at the park office.
The penthouse condo is on the third floor and offers a fully stocked kitchen. There’s a bedroom with a king and another with a queen size bed. Both have full bathrooms connected to them. Two t.v.’s with Roku, games, puzzles in the living room to use during your vacation here. Enjoy the screened in balcony as you feel the breeze.
The living room has a brand new queen size pull out couch to accommodate more guests. There’s also a couch, dining room table that can easily seat six people.
The Villages is only 2.5 miles from Historic Lewes and the Cape May Ferry. Enjoy a homemade ice cream, stroll the area with a variety of different dining options. The Tanger outlets on route 1 and Rehobeth are a few miles away. We look forward to having you stay at S’more Summer.
