Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room. The first floor also boasts a large family room including a game table area and state of the art technology with Sonos system integrated throughout the first-floor. The mahogany deck off the family room allows for seamless indoor/outdoor flow with outdoor seating for all and a new grill. Off the deck is a large, manicured back yard with plenty of privacy and a heated pool. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each with queen beds, including a master suite with double vanity, walk in shower, and claw foot tub, as well as a walk in closet (California Closet) and full desk working space.
