Located in North Durham, this vacation home is near 3 wonderful golf properties, Croasdaile Country Club, Umstead Pines and Hillandale Golf Course. Wonderful recreation activtise on the Eno River with a trailhead access just down the street. Also you can find wonderful fishing and kayaking in at Falls Lake and Lake Michey with easy boat entry and rentals. Just 10 minutes to Duke University and of course other University sports. As well as Durham Bulls Baseball is always a great time. DPAC for theater and concerts... So many restaurants and hot spots downtown, this home is a great spot to be near the center of things without being in the center of it.
There are two master suites, one on the main level is really an In-Law suite with a separate sitting room retreat that can be closed off and used as another guest room with an airbed. The other primary/master is on the second level with plenty of bonus room also which can be used for exercise, storage or another sleep space on an airbed. Three additional guest rooms upstairs with two that have their own private bathroom and one bedroom large bedroom with bonus space for yet another airbed if needed with access to bathroom from the hallway. There is an additional 1/2 bath on the main level.
Work if you must in the full service private (high speed WiFi, monitor and printer available) office with glass doors if you find you need to do work and have quiet.

The main level of the house has a very open floor plan with the living room and kitchen all open concept. The formal dining seats 6, the kitchen dining seats 6 and the island 2. The kitchen is well equipped with electric range, microwave, Keurig coffee pot and single, toaster, mixer, blender etc... and side by side Sub Zero refrigerator.
All of the guest rooms have queen beds and the master has a king bed. There are 5 additional air beds available if needed and great way to add sleeping space for littles and teens to keep everyone together and more affordable. Just call ahead so we can have them available with linens and pillows.
