When you stay here you will be welcomed to a friendly quiet subdivision that is close to restaurants and retail shopping. One thing that you will notice right away is that this space is larger than your typical short term rental. Whether you are visiting family or staying for work, this is a place you can feel comfortable and safe. Because I get so many business renters and families visiting a relative for graduation from Fort Jackson, I will start off with a few small pieces of information and then get into the regular introduction.
*Fort Jackson is about 15 miles away and it takes about 25 minutes to get there with conservative driving. (I've made it in under 20)
*Downtown is about 17 miles away and takes about 30 minutes to get to with conservative driving.

Now back to the regular introduction. The most common remark that I hear from guests is their surprise at how spacious my house is. Not only are there ample and spacious rooms inside the house but there is also a very large backyard and a driveway large enough for 4 vehicles. This house has just about everything that you will need the convenience of self check-in and located in a peaceful subdivision with great neighbors. I have hosted large families taking a Carolina getaway and business groups working on temporary projects in the city.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 people a night. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen sized bed with a sleeper sofa. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin sized beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed. The third guest bedroom is located on the main level near the laundry room. The open spacious living room is furnished with a full sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 more comfortably.
The home also has 2 large flat screen televisions with basic cable. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, mixer, blender, dishes, cookware, flatware, microwave, and coffee maker. The playground located in the subdivision is great for children.
Have you ever gone to a hotel and saw the cleaning people pushing a cart with supplies to clean rooms? Have you ever noticed that although they have sheets and towels, that they never have comforters or blankets on that cart? Its because they rarely wash those. I ensure that all used bedding is washed between guests.
I make a point to stock the house with enough linens, towels, soap, and shampoo for each guest. Make sure that you book for the accurate number of guests in your group including children. I prefer to rent homes when I travel and here are a few small extras that I have made a point to include based on previous renting experience:
