First thing to note when planning a trip to Daufuskie Island is there is NO Bridge. To reach Daufuskie Island you must book a ferry, water taxi or come by your own boat. Once on the island you’ll need grounds transport from your arrival dock to your JonBie Maisons vacation home. The interior of the cottage is open and spacious living/dining/kitchen area that is great for family and friend time. Summary: The house is amazing! The island is beautiful! Communication with host was excellent. We will definitely be returning hopefully every year. I love that the island is not built up. Loved the history and exploring. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. We loved that it is pet friendly.
