The beach is pristine here, and you can spend your days running back and forth from the house as much as you want because it is so close. A spectacular sunset view of the sound awaits you from the huge covered porch in your roomy master suite. Sunset views from the dining table and living room porch will be the highlight of your vacation. Four bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom create sleep-time comforts. A great room holds a gathering space to create family beach memories year after year. With easy to clean Pergo floors and plantation blinds throughout, you are sure to feel casual and comfy for the whole beach vacation!

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
