Located in lovely Linville Land Harbor, our PARfect View Cottage has all the conveniences of home! We are conveniently located 9 miles to the closest ski resort, Sugar Mountain!
Our recently renovated, multi-level cottage is spacious and airy! Our kitchen has granite counter tops and all the amenities you need to cook and bake at your home-away-from-home. Enjoy dinner at or dining room table while overlooking the golf course! The upper level has a living room with a 55" smart TV, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath (shower only) and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. An additional bathroom on the upper level has a bathtub. Families will love our second living room/game room on the lower level. Play games, ping pong and darts in our sports-themed game area or have a movie night in our comfy area with fun lighting. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bath (shower only). The lower level also has a couch that can be configured for a queen-size bed. Additional blankets and pillows are available as well as each bedroom has additional linens for your convenience. An air mattress can be found in the closet upstairs if you need additional sleeping space.
This cottage is the PARfect getaway for family and friends wanting a long weekend of skiing, hiking, fishing or golfing! Perhaps even a week of adventures, sightseeing and shopping in Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. You may even desire a month or two in our cottage to enjoy all the High Country has to offer!
