This townhome has a community pool that will be open 2024 Peak Season. It is also central to all things Surf City.
In the "loft area", you will find a queen bed with an ensuite and a second living area, also a smart TV. On this level you will have some great views of the ocean and deck access with rockers.
Down the stairs from the loft is the main living area. You will find the queen bedroom en-suite on this floor and ample room for all your family members. Also a private half bath and a deck with outdoor dining.
Down from the main living area you will find the Master bedroom with huge ensuite with walk in Shower, also 2 bunk rooms with a shared bath and the laundry area.
Outside you will find ample sitting and great views and energetic atmosphere.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
