This home is 3 blocks from Marina Grand Hotel (Joe's coffee, Bentwood Tavern) & Marina (rent boats, jet ski's & enjoy sunset cruises) and 9 block walk to downtown New Buffalo including family friendly restaurants, shops, public beach and much more.

• 2nd living room (kids lounge) has several sofas to relax with basic cable TV, ROKU and board games - just off main entrance
