Every three months, the maintenance crew and, possibly, a fire marshal will conduct quick checks for fire, sprinkler, and water systems. If your stay coincides with one of these inspections, they might pop in for about 5 minutes. It's just a routine to ensure everything is in top-notch condition.
3. Check-In Procedure: Before your arrival, we kindly ask all guests to complete a check-in form, which involves presenting a valid government-issued ID for verification. We also request accurate information, including contact details and the number of occupants.

During these times, the building management kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. Failure to adhere to quiet hours or disrupt the enjoyment of others will result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.
