In the inviting living room, relax on the comfortable seating while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or enjoy the warmth and charm of the gas fireplace on chilly mountain evenings. Step outside to the spacious deck to soak in the mountain views while enjoying outdoor dining or your morning coffee.
Upstairs, two king bedrooms each offer a private balcony, TV, and peaceful space to unwind. A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this level.
The lower level is perfect for families and groups, with a cozy den featuring oversized seating and a large TV for movie nights. The bunk room includes two twin over full bunk beds, making it a favorite for kids and teens. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two well trained and mature dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- AWD/4WD and chains may be needed for all Sugar Mountain homes in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.

- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 plus taxes per night. This includes two wrapped packs of wood and a firestarter.
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. The camera is mounted by the front door facing outwards and on the side of the home (not the decks/patios).
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
