The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an open concept living room and dining area with a table to seat 6. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch and smart, big screen tv, ready for you to watch a favorite movie with family. Our kitchen is well stocked with kitchen items as well as complementary coffee.
Outdoors, there's a sun deck with dining and a market umbrella, a hot tub and a beautiful mountain view and cottage garden featuring herbs and flowers.
Bedrooms - one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All beds have luxurious bedding - soft sheets, duvet comforters and comfortable pillows. Each bedroom has a closet for hanging clothes.
There are 2 clean and tasteful bathrooms, one of which has a soaking tub.
During the cold months there's a propane heater for your use.
The kitchen has all the equipment you’ll need to cook dinner or make sandwiches before you hike. (Drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove and plenty of cookware and plates.) Outdoor propane grill comes with grilling tools and great views to look at while you cook. Cut some herbs from the cutting garden to make dinner taste even better or take a few flower clippings from our perennial flower garden for your dining room table.
Our guests love to sit out on the front porch rocking chairs where you can watch the world go by and take in a glorious Hot Springs sunset and the mountains.
Soak in the outdoor hot tub with your group whilst you look at the stars or take in the greenery surrounding you. Then have your evening meal outside on the back deck under the market umbrella . Outdoor cafe lighting offers evening ambience.

Overall this sweet house is a well-appointed and comfortable spot to use as a home base for enjoying the town of Hot Springs and surrounding areas. The Garden House does allow dogs for a pet fee of $45 for one dog and $80.00 for up to 2 dogs.(no more than two). Please let us know if you want to bring your pup!
Keeping our home clean, pristine and luxurious is very important to us and to our guests. For that reason and as a courtesy to all future travelers, dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We ask that you please also pick up waste after your pet as a courtesy to us and all of our future guests.
No cats are allowed at the home.
Check in time is 4pm although we make every effort to get you in to the space by 2pm if we can. Please check in with us closer to your check in day to see if early check in is available.
