Nestled in the trees, this inviting home offers a rustic-chic décor and all of the comforts of home! You will have access to the Sapphire Valley Community Association where you can enjoy golf, tennis, gym, pools. etc. You'll be close to waterfalls, hiking trails, Sapphire Valley Resort, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, as well as top-notch shopping and restaurants. You are next to Cashiers, Highlands, Lake Glenville, Lake Toxaway, and about an hour drive from Asheville!

INDOOR LIVING: Hardwood floors, large windows and a massive inviting fireplace, upstairs loft with Air Hockey table, Smart TV's in every bedroom, ping pong table outside in screened in patio, 3 full bathrooms. The main part of the house has one bedroom with 2 twin beds downstairs with a full bathroom right next to it (garden tub and separate shower). Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one queen and one king) with a full bathroom (shower only). Upstairs there is a large loft with an air hockey table. Thru the breezeway off the kitchen there is another bedroom (queen bed), sitting area with a small sofa, mini fridge, microwave and full bathroom (shower / tub combo). Upstairs is where the bunk room is located - two twin trundle beds - creating 4 twin beds if needed. A fun kids playroom is located next to the bunk room which has bean bags, two chairs and a table, books, art easel with crayons, etc - such a fun room for the little ones!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped and fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook, gas range, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, etc as well as an island breakfast bar
