Conveniently located in downtown Bryson City, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is just steps away from the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad Depot. No matter what excursion your group is planning to enjoy, you can avoid both the hassle of parking and the downtown traffic by walking to the Depot. In fact, you can walk to anywhere in downtown Bryson City, including restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The Polar House has been setup specifically for the Polar Express season. The house is decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree, electric fireplace, cocoa station, chalk wall in the kids' room and some additional activities to keep the little ones occupied! The Polar House is equipped with everything that your family will need to enjoy your wintry getaway.
The Polar House features a king-size bed in one bedroom with Smart TV, two twin-size beds & full bed (bunk bed) with a twin trundle (5 beds total) in the second bedroom with a Smart TV, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and high-speed internet throughout.
Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. There is a $45 charge per pet, for up to two pets. We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
This cabin is pet-friendly. Pet Fee of $45 per pet applies.
