Gorgeous horse farm on the northeast Cape fear River, close to UNCW and multiple beaches. Serenity in the country! Enjoy the views of the river, horses, donkeys and pigs from our lovely porch. We can add on kayaking, fishing, or horse riding activities during your stay! Perfect for star gazing next to a campfire! We are just a few miles from grocery shopping and downtown Burgaw as well.
This is a shared property and I live in the attached garage efficiency apartment with my daughter. This is a large property and there are 2 long term ranch hands who live in RVs on the other side of the property (not visible from the house). The property feels quiet and secluded. It is bordered by a slow moving creek that is easy to paddle, or you can bring your own boat or jet skis and use the launch. I can provide cart rides or horse riding experience on certain weekends.
