Welcome to The Sugar Maple Chalet! Our lovingly updated four-bedroom family home in Wilmington, Vermont is the perfect family getaway: high-speed internet, a private hot tub, basement bar area with a game room. Close to shopping, dining, skiing, and hiking. Up to 1 pet is welcome!
The Space:
The Sugar Maple Chalet is the perfect spot for your next family getaway! Our updated home has been curated with luxury and relaxation in mind. Large, open kitchen, dining, and living room. Indoor wood stove available for guest use. Four modern bedrooms, three updated bathrooms, and the best basement hang-out area with a large couch, TV, bar area, air hockey, and games galore! In addition, we also have all the best outdoor amenities: deck, dining area, patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs, hammock, and your own personal hot tub await! Oh yes, and we have extremely fast internet (365 MB) perfect for any work you may need to do from "home."
Up to one 35 lbs legged friends are welcomed w/ a $100 fee per pet.
Our home resides in the Chimney Hill resort area, which boasts some great seasonal community amenities - clubhouse, indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, movie theater, and arcade - for our guests to enjoy during their stay!
** Firewood won’t be provided so please make sure to bring your own firewood when coming to the chalet** there are a few places close by that sell firewood.
The Sugar Maple Chalet is also central to amazing Southern Vermont attractions: Mt. Snow (10 minutes), downtown Wilmington with shops and dining (5 minutes), Harriman Reservoir (5 minutes), and Molly Stark State Park (10 minutes). We're also close to several local breweries and distilleries as well!
Guest Access:
We want you to feel right at home. Guests will have access to the whole house other than the owner's closet and utility rooms, which will both be locked. All outdoor areas, including fire pit are available for guests to enjoy!
Other Things to Note:
Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along, and we'll send you a link to add them to the reservation.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Sugar Maple Chalet's facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, and appliances is done at the guest's sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guests for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the firepit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
