Please read the entire description before booking.
This is a very tiny house. It was built before we bought the property, and we made the most out of the space that we could, but, of course, we were unable to make the house any larger. Some parts of the ceiling are barely 6'3" high.
It is a great place to crash if you are going to be out and about all day and need a cozy place to lay your head and maybe cook simple meals. Complete with a full bathroom, efficient kitchenette, and loft bed. This tiny house is attached to the guest house, Casita C, and has a shared courtyard. It is great for a single person, young couples, or older kids. This bunkhouse is close to downtown and the U of A campus.
It has a kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a small but decent-sized refrigerator. It has dishes, pots, pans, and a teapot.
The bed is in a loft and is accessible by a ladder. The loft has only a crawl space, and you cannot stand up in it. Please do not book this house if you are very tall, claustrophobic, or uncomfortable climbing a ladder.

Summary: Everything was very nice. The location felt very safe and secluded but still close to lots of interesting things to do. The courtyard was nice and the inside of the house was well-organized. My only complaint is that there was nowhere I could place the toaster oven in the unit that would keep it from setting off the fire alarms even while preheating. Great choice for any length of stay!
