Guest have access to the entire home and all rooms and common spaces in the home with just a few storage closets locked. Outdoor area includes 2 levels of the deck and an additional ground level with grass and fire pit setup
Prior to check-in, guests must communicate with our team by filling out our guest information form which provides their entire guest list along with a valid government ID for the primary guest on the reservation and a signed rental agreement. Upon receiving the required documents, guests will receive the access information to the property at the time of check-in.
