Sunset Island 29 is a luxury, bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This beautiful five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom townhouse has two living areas on each side of the kitchen and dining areas offering plenty of room for entertaining your family and guests. There is also a half bath located off the kitchen on this floor also. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 29 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
The spacious living room is bright and cheery, furnished with a comfortable sofa, ottoman, multiple arm chairs, and a television. The glass-paneled balcony door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a small dining area with table and seating for 4 people. Past that is a second, larger dining area able and seating for 8. The fully-stocked kitchen has a granite island with stools to offer more seating to grab a quick bite to eat. There is a half bath located on this floor also. the half-bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private master bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds, another full size bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is located on the fourth-floor loft and has a queen-size bed, television and sitting area with access to the top balcony. There is also a full bathroom on this level. The entry level den doubles as the fifth bedroom and has a queen bed. The fourth full size bathroom is located on the entry level as well. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!
