Summary: My wife & I stayed here in the middle of August and I can safely say we will not be staying here again. When we first opened the door (on the non-smoking room) we immediately smelled stale cigarette smoke. I brought it up with the night staff, but all rooms were booked, so we didn’t have much choice. Looking around the room it seemed like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time. There were dead bugs and moldy grout in the bathroom. I had to fix the toilet because the flapper was leaking and the fill valve would run every 3min. The main area floors were so dirty that my socks looked like I’d been running around the parking lot. The room had a generally dingy and run-down feel to it. The two bright spots were that the fridge worked well and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. I stupidly locked myself out of the room and they set me up with a new key card. They verified I was who I said I was first, so that was definitely a good thing.
