Tybee Island has allot to offer, including a Lighthouse with amazing views, pier and pavilion for fishing, 7 miles of beach, fishing and dolphin excursions, bike trails, holiday parades, shopping and great Restaurants. The townhouse is Walking distance to restaurants, park with tennis and beach. Views of the ocean from both decks. Two master bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 story, open floor plan, 3 full baths, across the street from the beach. This townhouse has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. Rent bikes or bring your own and store them in the garage.

Summary: Amazing location. Lots of space. Could use a few minor updates in terms of appliance, tv, etc. But it did rain when we were there, probably wouldn't have noticed these things otherwise!
