Your family will love the convenience of both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. Take your meals outdoors for poolside dining, in the shaded area underneath the house, complete with ceiling fans and outdoor lighting for your comfortable enjoyment. Enjoy a dip in the private saltwater pool, with new PVC decking, or lounge in the sun...poolside. You will appreciate the new aluminum floating boat dock and gangway (boat lift is not available for guests use), with quick & convenient boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals
