The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, roku TV to enjoy your favorite shows, a sizeable dresser, closet, and bathroom access. The newly remodeled 3 piece bathroom has a combo tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Across the hall, you will find a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed and Roku TV. This home is conveniently located within walking distance to Uptown CLT(less than 1 mile), a 2 minute walk to the Johnson C. Smith University, less than a quarter mile to the nearest bus stop, a quarter mile to the LYNX light rail, and less than 1 mile to the dog park. You will feel right at home!

Entire unit in multi-unit home. Private space with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The laundry room has a separate entrance and shared with other guests. Private entrance and driveway parking.
