Ultimate privacy, but still near to all that the High Country has to offer (about 10 min to the Mast General store, 15 min to Boone, and 20 min to Banner Elk). Updated farm-chic 600 sqft 2 bed 1 bath cottage sitting on 3 acres with a pond, brook, fenced pasture, and long-range mountain views, situated in the beautiful Valle Crucis area. Text is usually the fastest The home sits in a peaceful valley with plenty of privacy, and the splendor of nature all around. **We have a minimum age policy of 23, due to some unfortunate past uses of our properties by younger guests** We own the pasture right across from the house and a local keeps his sweet horse named Lily there. She is very old, but friendly. She loves to be petted. Do NOT enter her gate/or go into her pasture. Please do not stand on wooden fence. There is also plenty of other native wildlife around like, deer, turkeys, and bear who love to feast at the apple trees. 4wd or AWD is needed in the winter. Only 1 dog is welcomed with a $50 pet fee. 2 dogs are welcomed when the guest count is 1-2 people. The pet fee would be $100. There is enough parking for 2-3 vehicles. BYOB charcoal/lighter fluid for the grill Youtube TV is loaded on the streaming TV to allow for watching cable channels.
