Summary: My family and I had a enjoyable stay in Atlanta Ga. the house had all the amenities you would need. However, there were a few things that you should be made aware of. 1. If you go in the summer the house does not get very cool. You have no control over thermostat either. We tried to get the temp lowered to 68, the owner did it when we asked but then she moved it right back to 70. House is old but remolded and never got lower than 74 degrees. So if you like it cool might won’t to reconsider. 2. The floors in the house are interesting, they look great in the pictures but they are soft in places and cracked in other places. 3. Carpet is stained. Bed spread is stained. 4. Lamps have only Edison bulbs and if you want brighter light you have to use the big ceiling fan light. 5. The neighborhood. Well it is not a gated community. It has nice house on one side and tinned down looking places on the other. Lots of people walking street all hours of the night. My wife did not feel safe. In fact one night in the middle of the night a person beat on our door at 2am. Scared my wife and mother. I say all that to say house is good but it could be greater. The neighborhood is something you have to weigh out for yourself.
