The highlights of this waterview home are relaxing while yachts and boats cruise by, strolling down to shop or dine on the waterfront or enjoying time with friends and family taking in the breathtaking views. Kids and adults can enjoy additional entertainment in the ground-level game room with a game of cards, ski ball or a friendly foosball game.

First Floor: Waterfront main living area. Two living room seating areas, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The main living room features a flat-screen TV with cable. Easy access to the backyard and sprawling views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom 1 and 2 as well as a shared full bathroom and large closet for clothing storage. A reading nook is quietly situated between the bedrooms.
Second Floor: Unparalleled water views. Bedroom 3 features 2 queen beds as well as a small loveseat for enjoying the view. The full bathroom features double sinks. Large closet for clothing storage.
Additional Amenities: 2 single kayaks. Boat lift that can hold a 24 foot boat (launch and parking details available upon request). The dock is the perfect spot for fishing or just relaxing. Gas grill and outdoor furniture right on the waterfront make outdoor living and cooking an experience! The kitchen has a drip and Keurig coffee maker and a small table for two for enjoying morning coffee or talking to whoever might be cooking your favorite family recipes.
Parking: 3 cars if parked at a bit of an angle. 2 cars parked normally. Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that parked cars don’t block the road in any way.
