My home is relatively remote, located on a private unpaved road, AND directly on the water. It is extremely quiet and private. Has 2 zip lines and two rope swings as well as a boat ramp and 2 docks. You can hunt, fish, boat, jet ski or just enjoy the water and peaceful view. This is not a hotel room. Please care for it as you would your own home. The use of the porches, rope swings and zip line is at your own risk. The back deck does not have a railing for unobstructed views of the river.

Other things to note
Detailed instructions Will be emailed or available upon checking. This is a self clean property. The property needs to be returned as you should have found it. Which includes laundry ,dishes, wiping down the bathroom and shower, sweeping or vacuuming the floors, and returning the home to its original condition. I charge a $35 cleaning fee and that is simply to cover the cleaning company to inspect the home after your visit. If they find it unsatisfactory it's an additional $100 for them to clean it. I charge a $100 security deposit for this type of situation. If you do not want to clean it yourself I would be happy to have it cleaned with your security deposit. I have not had to do this yet but it is an option and all of the guests have been fantastic.I do have a fishing boat and a jetski for rent if you would like to get out and explore the river, look for wildlife or just cruise around. $110/day ( fuel included)for the boat and $100/hr ( fuel included) for the jetski. Kayak is free of charge to use at your leisure. The back porch does not have a railing. I wanted an unobstructed view of the river and it is fantastic. Please be aware of this with small children. All children should be strictly monitored at all times!

Summary: My husband and I had the pleasure of glamping here and it was absolutely wonderful. The fifth wheel was quite luxurious with all the amenities anyone could ever need. The bed was very comfy and the area was very quiet. We spent all of our time outside on the dock fishing and we made use of the kyacks that were avaliable to us. The sun rise and sun set is second to none here. The property owner was avaliable to answer all of our questions and made sure we had every amenitie we could need. We will absolutely come again.
