Located across the road from Watts Bar Lake with a great view, circle drive with two entrances and big yard for parking multiple cars/trucks with boats. Shady Grove boat ramp is just a few 100 ft from the house. The ramp has a dock for easy loading and unloading.
Out on the water there are four marinas with restaurants and gas docks.
For you bass fshermen fishing tournaments out of Tom Fuller. The park is a short <10 minute boat ride from Shady Grove ramp.

Summary: Came to Watts Bar to fish a tournament. There was 3 people staying pulling 2 boats. Plenty of parking to accommodate. House is nice and well maintained.
