Step inside to find 1,431 square feet of living space, accented by richly hued wood paneling and plentiful windows that frame the redwood grove. Make yourself at home in a living room that's warmed by a remote-controlled electric fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth, or move into the adjacent sunroom to play cards, curl up with a good book, or simply soak in the view through wall-to-wall windows. On the other side of the living room, the full kitchen provides every essential appliance and an eat-in table; additional seating for indoor dining is available in the sunroom.
Just outside, you'll find an expansive deck with a covered dining area and cushioned lounge furniture, a 4 person hot tub, a large back patio, a spacious side yard, and a hammock on the hillside, allowing you to begin and end each day in the fragrant forest air. Spend the afternoons playing with the provided cornhole toss game on the side yard, and pick some fresh herbs from the garden on the upper terrace on your way inside for dinner. As for your evenings, there's a vintage entertainment system with a record player/radio and a collection of classic 78s, as well as a downstairs family room which showcases the home's namesake white rock - a wonderful spot to watch Netflix and mix cocktails at the bar. A private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi are also provided for your ease and convenience.

The property does not have a dishwasher. The wood burning fireplace in the living room has been removed however, throughout the property are wall heaters and HVAC heating. This property does allow one small pre approved well behaved dog.

The 40" Smart TV is located downstairs and has available popular streaming apps (Netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube Television, etc. ) guests must log into their personal accounts. There is no TV located upstairs or in the bedrooms.

You can easily lounge on the banks of the Russian River at Johnson's Beach (just over a mile east), go hiking at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve (less than four miles north, currently closed), tour the region's many wineries and breweries, and admire the beauty of the rugged ocean coast at Sonoma Coast State Park (12 miles west).
