If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials responsibly. Should our cleaning staff have to remove any smoking debris, a $200 fee will be charged. By booking this property, guests agree to pay these fees if applicable and understand that they will notbecontested.

We provide a propane tank for your convenience; however, please note that it may or may not contain propane. Guests are welcome to refill it at the local fill station if needed or bring a propane tank if preferred for use with the grill.

★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★
The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older, and must also be the one staying in the home unless they are booking it for a corporation.

Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. Suppose the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out. In that case, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition.

Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.

Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.
