In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features a private pool, relaxing views of the 9th hole on the Turtle Point Golf Course, and a spacious backyard. Located just past the second gate in the Vanderhorst section of Kiawah, the home is only a short 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk to the beach. The Turtle Point Club House, which features the Turtle Point Bar and Grille and Tomasso (fine Italian food), is a 5-minute walk from the home.
The spacious and open gourmet kitchen with large center island features a prep sink, breakfast area with seating for four, and a kitchen bar area with seating for four. There is also a large separate dining room with seating for eight so family meals can be enjoyed together.
The kitchen opens to the main living area with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and access to the back deck and pool. The enclosed sunroom off of the kitchen and breakfast area also opens to the deck and has floor to ceiling windows to let in the natural light and beautiful views.
The primary suite is located downstairs and offers access to the back deck, fairway views, a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and spacious private bathroom with custom cabinets, double sink and vanity areas, jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. The three remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. A secondary suite offers a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a double and twin bed, share a bathroom. These three bedrooms open to a sitting area that serves as an additional gathering space for family.
The home backs up to the Turtle Point Golf Course and offers pristine views of the 9th fairway from the living areas, primary suite, pool deck, and backyard.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10' W x 18' L. The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
