Cabin is located between KY Dam and Barkley Dam. Sitting on 11 acres at the edge of Grand Rivers. Golf Cart accessible to town.
2 story cabin includes: 2 queen bedrooms & queen sleeper and full bath on main floor. (6 people on main floor). Walk-out basement includes 3 queen beds and full bath. (additional 6 people). Basement has separate access from main floor. Very cool place to hang out on porch or enjoy the full furnished campfire area in the evening.
Completely furnished with every kind of cooking appliances and utensils. Grills include both charcoal and propane. Lake access is down the hill from cabin. Plenty of parking and turnarounds for boats.

Summary: We had 2 families so the house was perfect. The adults stayed upstairs and the kids loves the “camp” like basement. The house has EVERYTHING you could need! Including cornhole boards and direct TV
